Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

I am so happy I finally made it a month with no attack. I have no idea what I have done to make it this far but I did. This makes the weekend for me. Especially since Sunday is my birthday and this is a great birthday present. Now I made it one month I am on to two months and hopefully will do it.

For everyone out there who is having alot of trouble and don't think you could ever get stable think of me. I was the same way. I was at the point to where I was having an attack every week or twice a week. I just watch what I eat and just eat what I know that I can.

I am going to celebrate tomorrow by eating a wonderful dinner and celebrating my birthday with my family and friends.

I want to thank everyone on this board who has responded to my posts before when I have been very discouraged and wanted to give up. I love everyone on this board and am so glad that I found it.
