He probably has sky high colesteral and he probably just ate a big fat steak that was riddled with fat. Or maybe he has to promote the atkins diet cuz he is a relative of Dr. Atkins. You know what is best for yourself. If he has any questions on the diet I am sure there are a few people on here that will give him a little knowledge on this diet.
