Sometimes I feel like a motorboat,or a gigantic whoopie cushion ! Which, my grandsons seem to think it is hilarious to sit on these things. HEE HEE, they get one in thier stockings every year.
Anyway, I take the Hysoscyamine every day, yes it causes me to have blurry vision, but I've tried everything else and it is the only thing that works for me. Every time I get off of the diet, I suffer tremendously . Equalactin is a lifesaver for being away from home and eating out. So is Lactaid for those with LI.
Gas-X does nothing for me. I wish it did, its cheaper and does not have the side effects some of the others have.
