Jennifer (one of my favourite names!), you are never ever alone in this world. no matter how lonely it can get sometimes, there is always someone, somewhere that can understand. thank God for the internet is all I can say. I can finally let out the anxiety IBS has brought me and share it with others that understand. It is so easy to understand why you are so fearful. I am so so sorry and sad about the loss of your sister that you have had to endure from such a young impressionable age. Please always be kind to yourself about this. Lots of love
