Usually the people around me are jealous because my lunch looks so much better than their greasy stuff. In Cooking Light magazine (I think it was the June issue) there were several recipes for grain-based dishes easily adaptable for IBS people. Bean-based things are good too. I'll make up a batch of home-made hummus on the weekend, or a cold pasta salad, and then take it in Tupperware for lunch during the week. Pair with a safe bread or rice cakes. I know it's hard to be the odd one at meals, especially if you're not really into cooking in the first place.
