I have also used the Thermacare heat wraps for PMS cramps but never thought about using them for the bloated tummy too. I will definitely have to try that. I feel the same way as all of you and don't know what to do to alleviate the bloated feeling. Today I feel particularly horrible, in a general sense of the word too, not just in my tummy. It makes me feel lousy all over. I eat right and drink tea but it doesn't go away. I have no advise, just wanted to share. I always thought I was the only one to get bloated for seemingly no reason.
