Hey Linz - you are always so helpful - thank you Its not a bug. I thought it was first because the chills felt distinctly flu like and its been an AGE since I got them as the first warning sign of an attack. But they disappeared within about an hour of having the attack. I always take my temp when having weird symptoms and there is no fever and my energy levels are fine (apart from being bloody tired with hardly any sleep!)...I ate NOTHING weird, and actually ate amazingly IBS safe since the attack 2 days ago. Mmmmm...everything is pointing to the acacia.
