Stevia-Plus and those with "C"       11/10/04 04:42 AM Edit Reply Quote #### Reged: 04/05/04 Posts: 287 I have said this before but Stevia-Plus has so changed my "life with IBS" that I feel obligated to share it with you again. I drink herbal tea throughout the day and depending on how much I eat that day I use one or two packets of Stevia-Plus (the plus is fiber). Gone are my days of constipation, straining to go and I must say my poops are pretty impressive! There is a slight bit of controversy regarding not being able to metabolizse the stuff but the more I talk with others about it the less I worry. The Stevia-Plus has changed my life...literally.
