Re: Need safe lunch ideas       06/19/03 11:25 AM Edit Reply Quote Ashley62 Reged: 06/17/03 Posts: 60 Loc: Eastern Ontario, Canada As I've only just discovered Heather's eating plan I'm new to this, but today for lunch I had a large baked potato, cooked chicken on top & added a fat free salad dressing (Honey mustard type). It was really good & very filling.
