I am on an anti-depressant (Celexa) that has changed my life. My IBS is responding very well to it and I don't get many of the symptoms that I used to get. Mind you, I still get them. Like today, I'm having a tough time. But the attack wasn't from food it was from stress. Seeing we're at different levels right now, don't do what i do until you know you're stable.
