...is my favorite so far. Rice pudding is good breakfast food too. If you don't want to go through the trouble of making a whole batch of rice pudding, a much quicker alternative is to microwave some leftover rice with soy milk in it for moisture, then sweeten, add a dash of vanilla & a sprinkle of cinnamon.
And I'm with Amie... leftovers always work for breakfast if I'm feeling like breakfast food just isn't going to cut it.
