The reason I chose Rice Dream is because it does not contain carrageenan which I've read can cause cramps. At least that's what they said it did to mice or some other rodent in a study. Dr. Weil, who I trust, also warns anyone with GI problems to stay away from that ingredient. Any thoughts? Is Oatmeal okay to eat? That would be wonderful if I could add that to my diet again! Thanks again. This website is awesome! Should have registered long ago!
