I am stable now. I am taking two Tablespoons and two 2 teaspoons. So, I am taking one tablespoon along with one teaspoon every morning and the same amount every night. Would this be a cup, or...? What would this be considered measurement wise? It's not two and half tablespoons right? Thanks.
