I can't get enough sleep. I'm exhausted all the time, it's terrible. My father suggested maybe it's lack of iron; I've been following the diet for almost 3 months now & I've been feeling extremely tired for almost a week. I'm hoping the supplements will help, but these last couple days that I have been taking them, my somewhat regulated system has been a little off.
