Hello everyone. I just wanted to say that I think that I am well on the right road. I was a little worried that the long flight and traveling might cause the IBS to misbehave, but am proud to say I am still pain-free. Even with my fiance suddenly having to be in the hospital (was released the day I flew in) and then back to the ER the next day. I surprisingly handled the stress better than I would have in the past. I made sure to bring small little snacks or get something safe to make sure I didn't get really hungry. I have only had small little symptoms and I will take those any day!

Also for everyone in the UK, I have been having Hovis's Best of Both (since I can't make my own right now) and I seem to be tolerating it just fine and it's tasty. It nice to have bread that is about as close to whole wheat looking as I will be able to get.

Thanks for listening to me guys,

Sheri
