BUT I have taken 4 in the UK, and I think it's just a matter of finding the right one so don't give up! I take Celevac tablets now, that are chewable and they have helped a lot. I don't think they are anti-spasmodic but they are good. As well as being put on a low-dose anti-depressant for the anxiety I had about getting sick while I was travelling! I also just wanted to say Hi and welcome to the boards! I agree with going on the "What to Eat when you can't eat anything" diet for a few days to get settled, too.
