Needless to say, that didn't last long. I switched to Fiber Choice chewables and didn't look back. FEMBETH - how much of the citrucel did you take? The key is to start with a tiny amount and work up gradually (I increased every 4-5 days). When I took citrucel, I started with 1/2 tsp, I think. If you jump right in with the dose on the container, you'll definitely set yourself up for problems! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
