It will be comforting to know that you are not alone. The long standing usage of antibiotics can indeed deplete your intestinal flora. Probiotics are often recommended to remedy this condition. But it is suggested that we do fifteen days on and five days off inbetween to give the body a chance to recoup. Reducing your fat consumption and your sugar consumption will go a long way to helping to alleviate the problem. Taking an anti-fungal supplement like Klorex or taking any of the Garden of Life products are also helpful.
