Here's my prolly-not-too-useful-but-what-the-heck advice: There's a really neat book out there called _The New Well Pregnancy Book_ by Mike and Nancy Samuels. My mom had a copy when she was pregnant with us (a copy of the first edition) and I actually read it when I was about 11 and wanted to be a midwife. It's a very holistic, positive book from what I remember. If you can get your hands on a copy it will prolly be able to offer better advice than I can since I've not had kids yet . But, congratulations! And hang in there!
