Wow everyone's saying dairy. I have no idea about it since I'm lactose intolerent anyway! So I already avoided it. Also I avoid some of the triggers anyway(meat, tomato sauce, ect) so I don't know how they would affect me, I'd rather not find out! I'm actually able to eat a lot more things now that I'm taking a SFS everyday, but I'd say when I'm not taking it, the main offenders are:
1)whole grains/whole wheat/bran
2)tortilla chips
3)raw veggies like carrots + cauliflower
4)more then a little beans
5)brown rice
6)oats (I could eat some, but more than one day in a row would cause an attack)
7)high fat things
8)too much fruit, but especially grapes and raisens
