fiber pills       10/24/04 11:59 AM Edit Reply Quote Pezz Reged: 10/06/03 Posts: 10 Loc: NYC hey all, i'm starting a fiber supplement and and read all i could here about them. unfortunately i missed one important line about *not* buying benefiber tablets b/c they have sorbitol...and of course thats the one i picked up at the store :P has anyone had any problems with these? are they a really bad stimulant? i've started low and haven't had any adverse effects but i'm thinking of just picking up the citrucel pills and not risking a reaction :P this website is highly informative tho....since finding it i've sorted thru my diet and am still keeping track of foods that cause reactions. thanks Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
