ALOE VERA CAPS VS. PEPPERMINT OIL CAPS       02/20/03 02:35 PM Edit Reply Quote SharonMello Reged: 01/22/03 Posts: 996 Loc: Groveland, CA While at the Health Food Store yesterday, I asked one of the salespeople about Aloe Vera Caps for gas/bloating. She said that the aloe vera is good for the tummy but not for colon and suggested Peppermint oil caps for gas/bloating. THey're enteric coated softgels and were expensive, but if they stop the gas, who cares! They were $19.99 for 60 by Solaray. Haven't tried them yet--luckily the gas is at bay right now.
