[b] text [/b]OPINION/ADVISE PLEASE       10/22/04 03:00 PM Edit Reply Quote LittleFox Reged: 04/15/04 Posts: 503 Loc: California I went to a Luncheon today at work, I could not get out of it. I was tempted, but I did not give in. I took some oatmeal with me to the Luncheon and they served one thing that I could eat - PASTA! the pasta had green peas and carrots YUM. Her is my question. Do you think I will have any problems with what I ate? I know pasta is IBS safe, but I am a little worried about the sauce. I combined the pasta with my oatmeal, and had my SFS immediately after eating. Think I'll be okay?
