Hi...I have tried many different ideas, diets, etc., to try to manage my IBS, ... all without success. Forgive me if I am a little sceptical about trying another diet, but so far I have had no success and am somewhat demoralised. I am always severely constipated, and have now reached a point the I must have a laxative every few days in order to move my bowels. I would appreciate hearing from anyone else who has had success after being severely constipated.
