It's the same thing, dyphenhydramine, only without the acetaminophen (paracetamol). If I wake up at night, I'll take another. Sometimes it's a little hard to wake up, but I manage. I avoid Tylenol PM, tho (it's the active ingredient, dyphenhydramine HCL, PLUS acetaminophen). I take a lot of acetaminophen already with the T/3s I take, so I get liver tests 2ce a year to make sure I'm not doing long-term damage.
