Barbara - I'm glad your appointment went well. Hopefully the med change will work for you! 
Your luck sounds about as good as mine! For the past week and a half I have been going through hell! I woke up last Monday with poison ivy, and for three days new patches kept appearing. Then, while eating, my tooth chipped, so now I had to make another appt. at the dentist when I wasn't due to go back till Oct. The cherry on top of that was my period. Oh, and also one day last week right after I got out of the shower, my power went out & never came back on, so I got to go to work with a wet head. 
Then, I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday to pee, and had excruciating pain while doing so. I assumed it was a UTI (had never been blessed with one of those yet), which my quick squeeze into the doctor yesterday morning proved it to be true, then yesterday afternoon I was off to the dentist to get my tooth fixed. Now I'm on antibiotics and taking some other stuff that makes me pee orange. I'll be done with the antibiotics on Friday...I can't wait. Today, I felt SO nauseas.
I woke up this morning thinking I might as well have gotten a prescription for diflucan, because the way things are going for me so far, I'm sure there's got to be a yeast infection in my future from the antibiotics.
On the plus side though, through all of this, I haven't had an IBS attack.
