Till Heather can respond, what "Good" foods are you talking about and how are you incorporating them? Well cooked veggies? Fruit? What? I would start out with cooked veggies like squash, sweet potatoes, cooked carrots (all very mashable and easier to digest) if you're having trouble. I have a lot of trouble with fruit so I have to be especially cautious with them - cooked is best. How are bananas? Cooked peaches/pears/applesauce? With the fat thing, less is best. All fat is a powerful IBS trigger and if you're really touchy right now, keep it to an absolute minimum. I find I can tolerate 5 - 10 grams of fat in a meal OK but over 15 gives me trouble. I think it's a personal thing - everyone is a little different. Just try to keep it as little as possible. Take care, and hope this helps in the meantime.
