I don't know if you realize this, but your symptoms are also symptoms of stress. Neck ache, headache, tiredness, sleeplessness, all indicate high levels of stress. (My stress mgmt course is paying off! ) have you had a mental health day recently? I like to take a day off every once in awhile to have a day all to myself. If you cannot take off of work, maybe even clear your schedule for a Saturday or Sunday and let it be relaxing. getting enough nutrients could have something to do with it , too, like Michele said. Hope you are feeling better!
