No problem, I thought it was food for thought as well as, being an interesting tid bit. I am going to limit my sugar intake and only have Organic or Pure sugar, they say that is the safest. I am glad that you are feeling better. By the way,I made your potato soup today, I am just about to eat it. I had a little tatse. It tastes yummy! My finace tried a taste as well, and he liked it too. I was worried, he wouldn't like the soy, but I was in luck he did! I can't wait to eat it! Thanks for sharing the recipe! Also, we had the Lighte Ragu, tomatoe and basil, it was awesome and it didn't bother my acid reflux luckily. I am so glad he likes this stuff! I am going to try that crockpot recipe you gave me this week. It sounds really good. Thanks again!
