I rember reading some where that pistachio's have a natural laxitive effect on most people!! I rember because one day (before IBS) I ate a bunch of them and spent the next day on the pot . Thought I had a bug. Talked to my Doctor and she said it was the pistachio's so i looked it up and read that. I would avoid the pistachio's!!!!!
