prebiotics, probiotics       10/07/04 04:20 PM Edit Reply Quote tess Reged: 10/05/04 Posts: 1 I'm not sure where to post this question: Prebiotics: acacia--it's great! We all know about that. Probiotics: does anyone know about lactobacillus GG? It is supposed to be the best form of probiotic? I have found Culturelle in the US, and this has lactobacillus GG. There is also something called VSL#3, which is supposed to be even better. Has anyone had experience with any of these? Is there information on the Research site? I couldn't find it.
