My girls had bad ear infections and I would give Tylenol and Motrin at the same time following the instructions for each. I would give Mortin ever six hours and Tylenol every four hours. That was the only thing that would work for them. It really does work because as the Tylenol wears off the Motrin is still working. If you time it right she can have relief through the night.
