Welcome to the boards, I have been here for sometime I just not on the boards as often as I like. I take Heather's Acacia and I am IBS-D. I started in early spring and am now finally at the 2Tbsp. My advice whichever SFS you decide to take start with a small amount and work yourself up gradually. I think I read on here that you can get acacia at a health food store. I just order it from Heather, it is easier for me. It has really helped me keep things stable. I see you have panic disorder, are you taking meds for it and do they work for you? I have panic attacks which usually lead to a bout of D. In fact I am going into Phila. at the end of the month with friends and I am already dreading it! I keep thinking what if I get sick?
