Great results with Benefiber       06/08/03 06:36 PM Edit Reply Quote BL Reged: 06/01/03 Posts: 3522 I just want to share that since using the Benefiber I am feeling so much better. It has helped me with the constipation and bloating. I had previously tried Metamucil and Fibercon tablets with no success, so I am surprised that this has worked. I am beginning to remember what normal feels like (well, almost!) I even went to a cookout last night, took some before I left, ate some soluble fiber before my meal, and did ok. And today I am having a good day. The only thing I've noticed is since taking it I have a very dry "cotton" mouth and an almost metallic taste in my mouth. The dry mouth is not a bad thing, I guess, since it forces me to drink more water, but I hate the funny taste in my mouth. Anyone else noticed this? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
