It is hard for me to eat every two hours though, since I attend school with the 11 year old as his tutor. So basically I am lucky if I get to eat 3 meals a day! For my SFS I am taking 3/4 of a Citrucel scoop, twice a day. I really need to find something else to take though, since Citrucel is not found here. But I am definitely scared to change!!
