HI Thank you so much for the info. I feel so lousy right now, that I am not worried about what I eat for a few days- just to kind of recoup from the Atkins diet thing. I was working out everyday up until about 6 years ago, when my son two came. I felt so much better- still had horrible headaches daily, but I was functionable and healthy in body and spirit. The fibro was detected about 5 years ago and the thoracic outlet syndrome was found in mid 2000 (right after my 3rd son came). I didn't have back problems til after my 4th son's birth just a couple years ago. And my IBS wasn't present much until the past couple years- primarily the past year. Every year, it seems- another illness. I know losing the weight will help my back and the fibromyalgia and even my thoracic outlet. I think I can do this- just have to watch the butter ( I love butter). The actual milk (including ice cream! has made me so miserable for the past year that I have stayed away mostly. Recently, I have been so bad with cheese & eggs, that I just backed off from them in the past couple weeks. I know though that I can do this- then it'll be one thing under control- I am sure of it!
