Like I told the guy at the gym last night who was trying to sell me a personal trainer.... He said, "What plan are you on?" I said, "MINE!" I currently do a "REPORTING IN" everyday on the "Vegas" board since what started this whole weight loss was in part to Vegas after having such a TERRIBLE trip to San Fran in May.

I TRY to eat between 1200-1500 calories per day and I'm also at the gym 6 days, sometimes 7 days a week. I only drink water, and the occasional sports drink and tea. The key is CALORIES IN CALORIES OUT.... (don't consume more in calories then you burn in exercise.

I'm not sure about WW and how it works.... I know others on the board here do it.

OK, back to bed (it's 4:06am here) I just got up to pee and stopped in for a sec.... I HAD to reply to ya!


I need some suggestions for losing weight along with IBS. I would like to follow the WW plan, but don't know how with IBS.
