Hi everyone
I havent posted in awhile--Im back in college full time plus I have been feeling really good. Anyway about 2 weeks agao I started cheating--not much at first, I had 2 peices of pizza, and nothing happened, I still felt good. So I continued to cheat--well Today I am in almost a full blown attack--I immediately went back to what I know and Im hoping to feel better soon--Anyway I hope when each of you start or keep feeling better its becasue of the diet, dont take this as a "sign" to cheat!!!
