I know it won't help, but if you're hectic then that could be making the IBS play up. If you could go to one yoga class a week, it might make a difference. It would be chill-out time just for you.

What symptoms do you have? If you're still getting D, then I'd recommend taking Immodium daily as a preventative. The trick with us A's is to take a low enough dose that won't make you majorly C. I found one tablet every morning was that dose for me, but if that's too much for you, talk to your doc: you can get Loperamide (the Immodium drug) in liquid form that allows you to take teeny amounts. It really helped me stabilise when I was very busy.

Btw, an a'd can help with overall IBS symptoms at a low dose. Talk to your GI.
