I know that when I was real sick with the IBS I didn't eat hardley anything. Now that I am eating again I don't eat such big meals. I get full rather fast. So I have been eating less and better. It is frustrating to me is when people say I am so proud of you for losing the weight. UMM Hello I didn't mean to. It is just a good side effect. I will take all the good things from this I can. Have you had your thyroid checked. I know my aunt couldn't lose weight either. They found out she had thyroid problems once that was regulated she dropped alot of weight.
