Hi, all. Another herb question here. I've searched the site for this, but don't see an answer. I also e-mailed Heather directly, but she told me to post this to the boards, so here goes.
I see the site suggests peppermint or fennel tea most strongly. It mentions chamomile, but doesn't say nearly as much about it. Have you guys found that Peppermint or Fennel work better than chamomile then? I plan to order some Fennel from Heather at the beginning of the month, because it seems her products are of higher quality. But for now I think I'll get chamomile. Do you guys have any suggestions about what kind (like brand, or type) to get, and where to find it? I know there's the Celestial Sesonings teas, but I figure there are probably stronger and purer forms of chamomile to get than that. What are your suggestions? Thanks!
