The first time it did nothing: nothing good and nothing bad.I felt like I was taking a placebo. The second time it caused some cramps or nausea (can't remember which). Nothing at all frightening happened to me, and I'm extremely drug-sensitive. Also: if you don't like it, you can stop taking it.
