Have you taken a Bentyl today? The Hycosyamine did NOTHING for me and I have been in your shoes-- MANY MANY TIMES. All I can advise since you don't have any of what I've been taking at the moment is to drink HOT peppermint tea, use a hot pack on your stomach and try to keep yourself as calm as possible. Remember, other attacks have passed and this one will as well. If you remember before you go to bed, make sure you take your SFS, it will help with how you feel tomorrow, regardless of how you feel right now. Hang in there and let me know how you're doing.
