Ruchie, sweetie, it sounds like a possibility. The three main things that would suggest it are:
1. Fatigue, unexplained by other physical or medical causes, experienced on and off for the past year.
2. Waking up tired, which is called non-refreshed sleep (or the "I feel like I got hit by a truck last night" feeling!).
3. Aches and pains all over, both sides of the body, off and on for the past year, with no other obvious cause.
As for whether I have that many symptoms or more,
