Re: 15 years of IBS some relief found Flagyl       09/19/04 12:54 AM Edit Reply Quote daliatree Reged: 07/10/04 Posts: 1176 Loc: Manhattan, New York hey there! flagyl is quite a good antibiotic with respect to ibs. though it worsens the ibs of many whilst on it, it is a good course of action to take initially in order to kill of any potential parasites that may be living in the gut, making us miserable. sounds like that may have been one of the major causes of your ibs. but please remember to take probiotics now to replenish the good bacteria in your gut that the flagyl also killed. really happy for you!! -------------------- Feel the fear and do it anyway!
