Magnesium citrate...yuck       09/17/04 09:45 PM Edit Reply Quote beth71 Reged: 09/03/04 Posts: 65 Loc: Fort Worth, Texas I've had to use magnesium citrate several times for my chronic C, and it gave me terrible gas and cramping. Since starting this diet and changing all my bad habits, I don't have to keep any in the house for emergencies.
