I don't think that Karen's giving information to us is harmful. I think you should leave the thread as is. She is not trying to talk us into buying anything, she is simple telling us about a product that has helped her and possibly might help someone else on the board.
I have a tendency to raise my eyebrows at anything that make "claims". Karen is a friend, she would not harm us in any way, I simply refuse to believe that!
We are the ones who make the choices here. We can either try the product or not. It's that simple.
As Heather stated, although she monitors the board; it is our board and Karen has been with us for a long time.
It's okay with me.
