Thanks so much for your reply. It's nice to hear from others in the same boat. I know what you mean about stressing in the mornings about having a BM. I'm exactly the same. As soon as I wake it's the first thing on my mind. I worry thinking will it happen?, will it be good or leave me still bloated? etc etc.

Like you, I was doing really well but have been in a hole the last few months and I agree I think relaxation is sometimes the key. I don't know what more I can do here as I listen to a relaxation tape daily, go to Yoga and walk daily.
I can also relate to the feeling six months pregnant bit! That's exactly how it feels! Being pregnant is definately a lot nicer though.

I gradually stopped taking anti-depressants a while ago seeing I was going well and I can't help wondering if this could have something to do with my step backwards as well.
