It absolutely could help someone with C.
There is a fiber supplement element. You work slowly from 1/4 scoop 2x a day to 1 scoop 2x a day which is equal to 20g fiber. It will absolutely keep you regular.
I was MISERABLE-- sick all the time. Terrible D (took 5-6 Immodium a week, minimum), with gas and bloating... never felt hungry, lost tons of weight, and despite following the diet to the letter, continued to feel weak, tired and just plain debilitated.
