Do you know anything about using passionflower to enhance sleep AND relax the GI tract. Do you know of any high quality website for herbal info re: dosage, frequency, benefits and side-effects of individual herbs where I could read about P'flower b/c a friend told me about it and highly recommended it to help me. Txs for your great input; are you a healthcare professional of some sort or are you just naturally very knowledgeable?
